Common Questions

How do I change or cancel a booking?
If you'd like to reschedule your tour reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule you if space is available on another date. We are unable to reschedule within 48 hours of a scheduled tour start time. To reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email, or call us at (614) 440-3177. All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Where do tours meet?
Each tour has its own meeting point. You'll receive the exact address in your confirmation email upon purchase, and again in a reminder email you'll receive 24 hours before the start of your tour.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can only reliably accommodate vegetarianism. Note your preferences at checkout, or email us. We pre-coordinate dietary restrictions with every restaurant, and can only accommodate them with advance notice.
Are tours kid-friendly?
Most tours welcome children 10+. Our walking tours involve 1–2 miles total of strolling with frequent stops. Younger kids may do better on shorter tours like the Pizza Tour and Short North Tour, or a van-based tour like Asian Eats.
Do tours include alcohol?
Several tours (Dublin, Worthington, German Village) offer a sample of an adult beverage, and several other tours (Alt Eats Tour, Italian Village Pizza Tour) offer adult beverage upgrade packages. Check individual tour descriptions for more.
I'm visiting Columbus for the first time. Which tour should I book?
If you only have time for one, the Short North Tour is the classic. If you've got a couple of days and want more, pair it with Alt Eats or Asian Eats for a sense of the city's full range of flavors.
