The Taste Of series takes over an international restaurant each month to explore the food and history of their cuisine and culture.
From Turkish to Laotian, our Taste Of dinners give our immigrant cultures a self-driven culinary platform for expression.
Each meal includes 6 or more distinct dishes, each selected based upon the preparations the host is most excited to share.

Taste Of dinners are about bridging the gap between the dishes that international restaurateurs love but are afraid to put on the menu and the diners who desire the true, unfiltered experience of global cuisines. Each month we collaborate with a favorite immigrant-run restaurant and simply ask them to cook their 6 or so favorite dishes for us.
Past cuisines have included Nepali, Senegalese, Thai, Ethiopian, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Mexican, Indonesian, Venezuelan, Zanzibari, Filipino, and many more. These dinners have gathered something of a following, and the adventurous are encouraged to join!
