These terms cover your use of columbusfoodadventures.com and the tours you book through it. By using the site or joining a tour you agree to them.

Tours are booked and paid for through FareHarbor, our booking system. The terms shown to you at checkout, including the price, what is included and the cancellation terms for that specific tour, form part of your agreement with us. Where anything on this page conflicts with what you were shown at checkout, what you were shown at checkout applies.
If you need to change a reservation, tell us as soon as you can. We may be able to move you to another date if there is space. We cannot reschedule within 48 hours of the tour start time. To reschedule, contact us using the details above.
We may cancel a tour ourselves, for example because of weather or a problem at one of the stops. If we cancel, we will offer you another date or a refund.
Tours start on time and visit several places on a schedule the restaurants are expecting. If you arrive after the tour has left we may not be able to bring you in, and we cannot refund a missed tour. Meeting points and start times are on your booking confirmation.
Our tours involve walking outdoors between stops in all weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the day.
We pre-coordinate with every restaurant on the route, which means we need to know about dietary requirements in advance. We can only reliably accommodate vegetarianism. Tell us at checkout or by email. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from a given allergen, because we do not control the restaurant kitchens, so if you have a severe allergy please talk to us before booking.
Where a tour includes alcohol, you must be of legal drinking age to be served, and we may ask for identification.
Gift cards and gift boxes are sold through our booking and shop systems and are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Private tours and corporate events are arranged individually. The written quote and booking confirmation we send you set the terms for that event, including deposits and cancellation.
We sometimes take photographs on tours and use them in our marketing. Tell your guide if you would rather not appear in them and we will respect that.
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We try to keep tour details, prices and schedules accurate, but they can change, and the details confirmed at checkout are the ones that apply.
The site links to other companies, including our booking system and social media. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
You join our tours voluntarily and you are responsible for your own safety and belongings while doing so. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with a tour is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
