Before You Book

Can I bring my child on the tour? Is it accessible for strollers?
This tour was designed to be family friendly and is recommended for adventurous eaters ages 8 and up. Please note that the van is not equipped to accept children's car seats, so some families choose to drive themselves and follow the van. Parents, who know their children best, should assess the situation individually as to whether the tour is appropriate for their child. Please email us if you have questions. Strollers are generally not practical given space constraints in the smaller shops and restaurants.
Do you cater to vegetarians or other dietary requirements?
We can accommodate vegetarians on this tour. We are unable to accommodate vegan or celiac guests. Please feel free to email or call us about specific food allergies.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Generally, tours occur regardless of the weather, but we reserve the right to cancel in the event that weather is severe enough to threaten the safety of our participants. Otherwise, tours run rain or shine.
Do you ever cancel tours?
Although it is very rare, we do reserve the right to cancel in cases where minimum enrollment (4 guests) is not met or due to dangerous weather conditions or other adverse circumstances beyond our control. In the case of cancellation, we will reschedule tickets to another date or tour or issue a gift card for the full amount.
How are gratuities handled?
Gratuities are by no means expected, but always appreciated. Some guides have Venmo QR codes you can scan. We also gratefully accept your feedback on Google, TripAdvisor, or your favorite review site.
Can I book a private version of this tour for my group?
Yes. Most of our public tours are also available as private experiences for groups of 8 or more. See corporate events →
